Have Frequent UTIs, Dehydration, Excessive Burping And Low Sodium. Any Suggestions?
I have an on-going problem with UTIs, dehydration and low sodium . When I have these symptos I also burp a lot - all day long - and it tasts like peaches. My doctors and nurses laugh at me. Also when my other symptoms are the worst if I make myself burp for 10 minutes or so I feel better. Do you have any suggestions?
hi there, I don't know the cause of your dehydration but if it is not due to any medical condition then you should remember to drink at least two liters of water per day and if possible you can replace one litre with any fruit juice preferrable citrous like oranges or lemon juice. Drinking plenty of fluids should take care of your dehydrantion and UTI problem. You may be suffering from gastritis or reflux esophagitis. I suggest that you visit your family physician and get some antacid prescribed. Also see that you have frequent small non spicy and non greasy food at regular intervals, sometimes stress may also cause these symptoms and you could benefit with a change in life style and some light exercise. Take care
