Have Generalized Body Pain, Stiffness, Weakness In Limbs. Have Osteoarthritis. Negative For RA. Help

I have generalized body pain (joints and muscles), stiffness - worst in morning, after sitting even for short periods, weakness in arms and legs, fatigue , feverish at times, reduced appetite , headache. It is even difficult to dress and to walk. I ve tested neg. for rheumatoid arthritis. This has hit in the last month. Prior to this, I was diagnosed with some osteoarthritis in knees and spine but this is of a whole other order. It seems to have come along with severe allergy. I have several sneezing bouts a day.
