Have Had Cough With Phlegm. Had Lost Voice And Have External Itchiness In Neck. Is This Normal?

I have had a cough for a few days some phlem ,lost my voice for a day but mostly just itchy .but I also get external itchiness on my chin down the front of my neck and the top of my chest! I find it gets this way during and after a coughing episode. Is this normal?

your symptoms suggest the cough and phlegm you are getting might be because of allergic air way disease
regarding the loss of voice /hoarseness of voice if it was temparory i dont think you need to bother about it .if it is persisting and incase if you were a smoker and had loss of wt and other associated symptoms i would suggest you to visit a pulmonoloy opinion
