Have Heavy Period. Feeling Dizzy Always. Suggest

Lately I've been more tired than usual . I usually have a really heavy period since I've started but this month it started early and it was lighter than ever . No clumps in my blood it was just bleeding . I am always dizzy at work but I have not taken any pregnancy test or drugs and I have no history of low iron , anemia , or diabetes .

Hello,

You're a known anaemic and diabetic.
Both causes tiredness but in different ways.
You should correct your anaemia.
You should maintain Hb around 12 gms/dl.
Due to decreased oxygen carrying capacity of RBC's you easily feel tired by doing normal household activities.
Take iron supplements and iron rich foods.
If you're heavily bleeding during periods then consult your gynecologist.
