Have I Lost My Mental Status?

52 y/o WF - began having confusion,irritability, Difficult multi tasking and remembering and forgetting . Nursed 30 years began having difficult and feeling unsure of myself. Back pain,blurred vision,numbness, H/A - Dx years ago with Fibromaligia but more concerned its MS.
MRi moderate scattered non enhancing foci of white matter signal abnormality most likely related to chronic micro-vascular ischemic changes.

Based on your symptoms, it is advisable to consult a qualified psychiatrist. Multiple sclerosis might have psychiatric manifestations, particularly mimicking fibromyalgia and depression.
