Have Irregular Bleeding Due To Subserosal Fibroid In Interior Wall Of Uterus. How To Rectify?

I went for my Ultrasound scan, today and the result is that I have 14mm Subserosal Fibroid in the interior wall of the uterus. The only symptoms I have is sometimes bleeding before or after period, and some times during my period. Some dizziness, tiredness, sleeplessness, what will happen now? How will it be removed? I have to see the specialist on 01st mar, until now I need help from anyone who had this before? Any help or advice will be much appreciated pls. Am too scared. plz help. Thanks

I really appreciate your concern, uterine cyst rarely causes bleeding, from the history given here I could say that this is not the big problem because the bleeding that you have could be a normal menses bleeding and not because of the cyst, in my opinion even if you do nothing for this cyst and just wait for few months chances of regression of the cyst is fairly enough, hope this information helps you take care and have nice day.
