Have Itchiness In The Vagina And Some Spots Of Blood In Urine. Had A UTI. Took Antibiotics. What Could It Be?

I had a really bad uti while on my honeymoon. Took five days of antibiotics and felt better. Then all of a sudden i start feeling a itchy feeling deep within my vagina. Had sex which helped relieve it. Now today have started peeing more frequently with some spots of blood iagain and the itchiness continues. What could this be?? I am so frustrated because i am still on my honeymoon and far waya from my obgyn :/
