Have Muscle Tightness In Lower Back. Taking Antiinflammatory Drugs. Help

Hi I have been having a lot of tight muscle from mid back and all the way into lower back and the hip area ,I am trying all kind of stretches and taking anti inflammatory drugs but nothing seems to ease my pain ,it is constant pain and have been to several doctors but unforunately nothing helps could please tell me what kind of doctor can help me..

Hi,
If you are elderly then you might be having some degenerative changes in your lumbo-sacral spines giving you this problem.
Go for x-ray lumbo-sacral region and get examined.
Physiotherapy will give lot of help.
Take calcium. vitamin A andD supplements.
Ok and take care.
