Have Non-itchy Rash On Arms, Chest And Face. Tingling In Lips. Took Allerga. Rash Has Reoccurred.

I have a non itchy rash on my arms, chest, and face. I have mild tingling in my lips. I took Allegra earlier this morning and rash went away. It came back 6 hours later. I took more Allegra and 50mg benedryl. I don't know what could have caused this. I am not having itching. I am out of town. Do you consider this an emergency!

Hi you are most probably suffering from some allergic reaction due to something you have eaten during your travelling or due to some external factor like dust some plant or pet,Anyway you need to take both long acting and shortacting anti allergics like dysloratadine tab and chlopheneramine .you can also take histamineH2 inhibitors like ranitidine 150 mg tab with meals. If still the rash persists then you could have a short course of steroids like methyle prednisolone 20 mg for only 3 days.
