Have Occasional Bouts Of Diarrhea. How To Get Cured?

i have occasional bouts of diarrhea. I usually comes on in the morning. Also, I have times that my bowels are very soft and hard to hold in, this happens at least once or twice a month. I wonder if I might be eating certain foods that may be the cause of this.

Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
The information you have provided is not sufficient enough to discuss about the treatment.
There are many different causes for diarrhea.
Infection, malabsorption and irritable bowel syndrome are some of the causes.
The treatment depends on the cause.
As a first step get a stool analysis done to look for infection.
Take probiotics and zinc supplements for relief.
I hope that answers your question.
Regards,
Dr.Ratnakar
