Have Pain And Soreness Near The Shoulder Due To A Fall

Hello I slipped in the shower yesterday and landed on right side. My right arm in front near shoulder has tangerine sized lump no bruise. This arm is very painful to raise above shoulder high and super sore. Lump is tight and sore to touch. Almost feels like it should be in a sling. What do you think? Thanks, Mary

Hi,
I feel that u should get an x ray of the shoulder done.We need to rule out any bony injury.If this is ruled out but u stil have pain, we have to treat it as rotator cuff injury ( soft tissue injury) with rest and medications.
Pls take an x ray to rule out any fracture
