General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Age factor is very important in this type of disorders.
Only thing ,which ,you mentioned is pain in right hand above and below elbow .
May be due to cervical spondylitis ( due to pressure over nerves coming from neck and supplying to arm( right side in your case).
Cervical vertebrae pressess nerves due to diminishes space in between vertebrae so compression.
2nd reason may be thrombosis.
Diabetes , if any.
Peripheral neuropathy.
Consult a physician and get his opinion with M R I of skull and head.
Hope I have answered your question.
If further any question I will help.
Good luck.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement Dr. K. Naga Ravi Prasad's  Response
Hi, thanks for writing to HCM. The description given suggests that you have neurological disturbance either in the brachial plexus or in the cervical spine which typically manifests as pain down the arm along with paresthesias.
Avoid using bulky pillow underneath the head and neck.
If you are concerned about the problem, visit your consulting doctor and follow his advice accordingly. Hope this helps
