Have Pain In Heel. Have Pain During Running. What Could Be The Cause For The Pain?
Hi, Yesterday I was playing basketball and just running normally and my heel started hurting. This is usually normal for me because I got this thing since last year during the school run race practice, but normally it would go away after i stopped for a while and it wouldn't hurt for days. The feeling is like a stabbing pain in the middle of my heel just when I put weight/pressure on it, or stretch it (pull my toes towards my face). I really need to use my foot because im a gymnast and athlete. I tried the RICE method. What could I do to heel it fast? (In a week or so..) There's no bruise or anything visible. Also, the same feeling happened for like weeks now that when Im standing on my right foot it doesn't hurt but it hurts when I lift it up. Please help
