HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is understandable to feel stressed about the situation.

IF the ultrasound did not demonstrate any evidence of pregnancy such as a gestational sac then it is unlikely that you are currently pregnant.

A miscarriage is associated with symptoms such as abdominal cramps and bleeding.
It is likely that the bleeding you experienced may have been a miscarriage if the pregnancy had been initially confirmed.

I hope this helps
