Have Problem In Heart All Of A Sudden While Driving Along With Numbness In Face, Ears. No Test Or Medication. What To Do?

Hi, I was driving home from vacation today and all of a sudden (I think) my heart stopped. It felt like it was feeling up with blood and was gonna explode. Then numbness went all the way down to my feet and up thru my face and ears and felt like my head was going to explode there was so much pressure. Then for a couple of seconds I couldnt see.

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
As you mentioned in your query , this may be a case of Hyper tension ( high blood pressure).
Due to sudden high blood pressure sometimes 1-2 small arteries ( arterioles ) ruptures and supply areas of these arterioles effected and hence there develops numbness, paresis as you described in your case.
2nd reason may be acute hyper acidity,
Tension ( stress),
Anemia.
Consult a physician and get his opinion.
