Have Rash On The Face Along With Itching

I was diagnosed in 1999. been taking ursodiolapproximately 10 yrs. for past 2 wks I am itching constantly ,especially rash on my face . I get hot spots different parts of my body I scratch until I bruise and sometimes bleed am malwaystired. I have fatty patches under my eyes,i attributed them to my age??? , I take synthroid for hypothroid and methalprednisolone f..or polimaliga rheumatica o10-21-13,myalkaline phosphatse 324, ast. 70, alt 94.33-130u/l qho 10-35 ul qho 6-29 u/l qho sed rate by modifiedwestergren 41.In your opinion what stage do you think I am with this illness?
