Have Red Bumps On Inner Part Of Butt Cheeks And On Back Thighs. Acne Cream Not Working.

I have a rash of red bumps on the inner part of my butt cheeks and some on the back of my thighs. It is irritated to sit when wearing a bathing suit or underwear where the area is exposed. What is this? I put aloe on it to try and make it go away but isn't working. I also put my acne cream on it which also isn't working. I also have awful razor burn. What is the best way or what is the best treatment/lotion to get rid of razor burn and red bumps?

Hi,
It seems that due to constant friction with inner wear there might be irritation of skin leading to dermatitis or hyperpigmented locla skin.
There might be having some infection as well.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Avoid wearing inner wear during night time.
A chance of having fungal infection should be ruled out.
In razor burn, antibiotic cream will work as well.
Ok and take care.
