Have Small, Round Raised Bumps On The Feet. Rash Is Dark, Itchy Feet Feel Numb, Tingling, Burning. Treatment?

I have small, round raised bumps on the inside areas of my feet bilaterally. The rash is a dark color as if my feet are dirty. The rash goes a little onto the sole of my feet and is in the exact same location on both feet. My feet are itchy on the soles of my feet without flakiness or redness. There is not drainage or pain from the raised bumps. My feet feel numb, tingling and pins/needles and burning at times. I was diagnosed several years earlier with a chronic inflammatory demylinenating poly neuropathy. I have had a lot of yeast infections over the years but have not been diagnosed with diabetes.
