I felt sick to my stomach after eating food and then very weak with stomach cramps. I vomited at night and then I woke up in the morning feeling weak, nauseous and needing to go to the bathroom. I almost lost consciousness and could not feel my hands and feet. I collapsed on the bathroom floor. Then I had a fever, aches and pains and was generally very weak. It's now been the fourth day and the only symptoms left are the weakness and the stomach cramps. Was this a virus?
