I fell on my elbow and now it is swollen and aches. I iced it for about 20 minutes after hitting it, which made it feel better for a short while, but the pain soon came back. It aches when im not even touching it. It also hurts slightly to flex and extend it, but nothing too severe. However, when I try to lift myself up or put weight on it, the pain becomes a bit more severe, and there is a bruise that is slightly sore to the touch. Should I be concerned, or will this go away on its own?
