Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Its unlikely that you have another hernia.
1. Is there any swelling?
2. Is There any swelling in coughing or staining?
If the answer is no to both the above questions it's unlikely to be hernia.
Coming to prolapse of the bladder known as cystocele which occurs in anterior vaginal wall, it usually present as prolapse through vagina and is not likely to cause muscle spasm or umbilical symptoms.
I would suggest you to get a reassessment from your Surgeon or Gynaecologist for your Reassurance.
Wishing you a healthy life
Take care
