Have Urinary Incontinence. History Of Coccyx Injury. Urine Exam Shows Red Blood Cells. What To Do?

Hi, I am 35, have problem of urinary incontinence. I am married for last 2.8 years with no conception history. I had an injury on my coccyx region (slipped from stairs) 2.5years ago, after few months of this injury i got this problem of UI, always have a feeling of little wetness of pelvic organs, no problem of frequent urination, or urine leaking cuz of any pressures, sneezing, coughing. sometimes i have it with my movements during my daily prayers. I am using sanitary napkins for this problem and often get rashes. my tests of urine examination, urine culture and kidney ultrasound are perfect except there were 5 red bloodcells in urine examination report. I am sick of this problem please help me by guiding what should i do. i have also taken medicine tab. genurine and 2,3 other tablets too (on prescription of diff. doctors) but except their serious side effects i got no benefit out of those treatments. Please help me in this regard. It would be great if some urologist(s) answer my query.

Hi, it appears that you have the urinary incontinence, may be due to the infection, mal position of the uterus, or bladder, prolapse pf the uterus or it may be the leucorrhea.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have trans veginal ultrasound for diagnosis.
Thank you.
