Have Vaginal Dryness, Itching, Fibromyalgia, Insomnia, Headaches, Mood Swings, Hot Flashes. On Climapro Patch. Sufficient?

I'm on a Climapro patch, .045 mg, have been using it for close to a yr, I'm menopausal, 54 yrs old, I had stop periods of over a yr, was placed on this for hot flashes and severe headaches and mood swings. It seemed to help all of these, and especially severe insomnia, and helps this also. But then about 4 mos ago I started spotting blood and having light bleeding for about 2-3 weeks out of a month. I have gained about 20 lbs in last 2 yrs due to some other meds probably for fibromyalgia,which was diagnosed almost 2 yrs ago. Now, I have started having extreme vaginal dryness, itching, and vulvar area pain and redness. I have not noticed any discharge however or any odor. Any ideas?

Hello ma'am and welcome.

It appears that the patch is not proving to be sufficient, which is why I would advise you to visit your doctor. I am assuming the last time you did that was about a year ago? Please keep in touch with your doctor even if you are being advised long term medications.

A new substitute or addition to your regimen might be necessary.
