according to my x-rays, the pain in both my knees isbrought on by the worn ou cartilege which nears bone to bone on joint movement. Without knee replacement ( painful and risky) or stem cell therapy (expensive), canI keep using my knees without any medical intervention until well into my kd age. I m now 65yrs old.

intraarticular hyalone/synviscone injection may help you and another alternative of knee replacement is ultrasound guided nerve block .
