Having A Spinning Sensation, Increased Anxiety. Should I Get It Treated ?

Last 3 nights I have been having a spinning sensation, like a drunk feeling when I lay down. Today I had it occur while I was sitting and in the shower I had to grab the wall. Also when I squatted down to get something I literally fell back or to my side but caught myself. I have had an increase in anxiety so should I be treating that ? Or should I see a neurologist?

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

Dizziness you need to get your BP monitoring done, your symptoms could be due to high blood pressure. you need to be treated for it.
Get your lipid profile test done,
could be due to inner ear problem also.
better to get your basic blood investigations done and consult a physician.

Hope I answered your question. Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
Wish you good health. Take care.

Regards
Dr. Vidya
