Having Cough. Can I Take Mucinex While On Lisinopril And Atorvastatin?
I currently have a bad cough and somewhat in my chest. I want to take some Mucinex, but I am currently on several medications such as Lisinopril, Atorvastatin, HCTZ, Lamictal, Zoloft, Vibryd, Prilosec, Levothryoxine. I want to make sure there will not be any problems that will interfere with my medications or have side effects that are not good? Please advise me.

Dear Friend.
You are on lisinopril.. which is an ACE inhibitor.
ACE inhibitors can cause dry cough as there side effect.
So need to know if your cough is dry or productive .
Since how long your having it?
Any other problem with cough like fever, breathless, weight loss.?
If your cough is a dry cough and with no other problem, it may be due to lisinopril so need to revise your treatment.
