Having Irregular Periods. Took Prometrium 200mg. Will I Get Pregnant? Dosage Of Prometrium 200mg?

im married & having irregular mentural periods...so i consulted from a gynocologist ..he advised me to take prometrium 200mg per day to 14days until 3 months...i started it from this month 1st -14th & im having my periods from today the 17th...my question is if i will be pregnant from next month, then what should i do want to stop taking the third month 14 tablets or i should be take it continuosly?..im expecting a good feedback from you....

the prometrium will help you get regular periods, and this may increase the chance that you will get pregnant. however, there is no guarantee that you will get pregnant, as there are any factors involved in conception, and there may be other reasons why you haven't yet conceived. in order to decide what to do after these three months if you don't get pregnant, you need to talk to your doctor and discuss what your options are. there are many tests that can be done and treatments, but it is complicated and every case is different. only a thorough work up by your doctor can help you figure out what the next step should be. however, using the prometrium is a good way to make your periods regular.
