Having Lower Back Pain. Enlarged Ovary. Why Heavy Period?

HI,I was having lower back pain and right side pain.they sent me for a pelvic ultrasound.the findings were the uters is normal size and postionwithout fibroids . the endometrial comple is mildly thickend at 14mm,REQUIRING CLINICAL CORRELATION.THE RIGHT OVARY IS ENLARGED AT 6.5X5.6X3.6CM(70CC) including adjacent cysts measuring 2.1x2.4x2.2cmand2.6x3.2x2.4cm(vs a single septated cyst)the left ovary measures 3.5x3.4x3.4cm(21cc)with a 1.2x1.1x1cm follicular cyst. no free fluid is present in the cul-de-sac.I made an appt for gyno ,I am 35 year old female that has always had heavy periods that come every three weeks for couple months.Then I wont get a period for two months.should i be worried,i dont go to doctors to next month.
