Having Pain In Groin, Difficulty In Lying Down And Walking. Took Ibuprofen. Give Me Suggestion

I am having pain in both sides of my groin area . I can hardly walk without being in pain when I am siting or lying down it hurts a little, but not bad. What could be causing this? It started yesterday morning and has progressively gotten more painful. The pain when I walk is so painful. I am trying to stay off my feet and I started taking ibuprofen today to help with inflammation. Do you have any thoughts?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some strain on hip muscles went into spasm.
Go for ice pack for 2-3 days.
Apply some muscle relaxant cream on the part.
Take NSAID medicine for 2-3 days.
Give rest to the part.
Ok and take care.
