General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be the infection of the knee joint. with pressure symptoms above and below the joint.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe neurotrpic injections for 5 consecutive days, ofloxacin, protiolytics, and antiinflamatories.
So consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
Thank you.
