Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

First of all I would suggest you that you shold get a either a urine pregnancy test done or have your blod tested for Beta HCG. If they are positive, it indicates that you are pregnant and are having nauseating feelings as a result of morning sickness. In this case you should consult your gynaecologist for your clinical examination.

If the above tests are negative for pregnancy, the most probable cause for your symptoms can be increase in acid and gas production in your stomach resulting into Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease(GERD).

In GERD, you can take antacid like Omeprazole 40 mg once a daybefore breakfast along with Domperidone 10 mg.

Following precautions will be helpful :-
1. Avoid spicy and oily foods.
2. Donot miss a meal.
3. Avoid mental/emotional stress.
4. Avoid smoking/alcohol, if any.
5. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water in a day.
6. Avoid self medication, especially pain killers and steroids.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
