Head And Face Pain, Fever, Fell Down Hitting Back. Prescribed Taxim, Emeset, Crocin. Advice?

Hi Dr Samuel, from yesterday my son is complaining that he is having the head and face pain. He had fever few days back also. When we inquired he told now that he was fallen down on to his back and the head was hit to the ground. From yesterday his position is bad, we observed vomiting, fever, head pain in frequent intervals.
To be specific we have consulted a doctor yesterday he prescribed Taxim-O (cefixime oral suspension IP), Emeset (Ondansetron oral solution IP), Crocin Suspension DS (Acetaminophen oral suspension usp)....please kindly give your inputs on this....Thanks!

Given treatment is on right way,continue it.
It will give response within next 48 hrs.
Vomiting also occurs after head injury due to concussion of brain.
Go for ct scan brain to rule out status of head injury.
Give him more liquids like water,fruit juices,lemon water.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
