Head Hit Towards Temple, Have Cut, Stitches. Side Face Nerves Feeling Weird, Eyelid Strained. Cause?

I hit my head above left eye toward temple, had a cut, stitches, one scr through eyebrow, one vertical from hairline down to eyebrow. Now three weeks later, the nerves on that side of face feel weird. Eyelid feels strained and temple down to below eye hyper sensitive. Two questions, one, what is causing, and two, can I get Botox on crows feet on that side redone next week?

Hi thanks for your question.
Most probably you have injured temporal branch of fascial nerve which supplies the frontal part of temporalis musle and takes the upward course after emerging infront of ear.The drooping of temporalis clould be due injury of this branch.A portion of eyelid is also having nerve supply from fascial nerve.Injury to this branch may be responsible for strained eye lid.I don't feel any problem in getting Botox on crows feet,however your Doctor can answer in better way.
