Dear Catslater95, hello
When there is a large impact on head due ti some injury, there can occur concussion which can result in :-
> Persistent headache
> Nausea/vomiting
> Irritability
> Confusion
> Loss of memory
> Difficulty in walking
> Dizziness, etc.
It is advisable that you have a scan of your head done and consult your Neurophysician.
Give complete rest to your body both physical and cognitive. Concussion injury takes few days to weeks for healing.
For the spots under your tongue and swalloing problem, please consult ENT specialist and Oral surgeon.
I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
