Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

Your current symptoms do not suggest any serious problem or internal injury to brain.

These symptoms can occur after concussion and should settle down on its own in a few days.

For relief of symptoms (dizziness), you could take betahistine.

As of now, there is no need of CT or MRI scan of the brain.

Wishing you good health,
