Headache Due To Incomplete Bowel Movement, Eating Food At Irregular Timings. Cure For Symptoms?

Hi, sometimes I get headache due to incomplete bowel movement . I have to 3 or 4 times to evacuate the bowels. May be after 4th try, headache would get reduced or else using a tablet would do that. Why is this happening to me? I am a vegetarian and prefer less spicy food always. But sometimes I take food in different timings like having breakfast at 12 Pm instead of my regular time 9AM.

Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.Ratnakar Kini and I am pleased to assist you.

You need adeqaute calories to work efficiently. Since your food habit is not good and you work with out food for a long time ( with interval of more than 12 hours), it is likely that you are not getting adequate calories which may be the cause for your headache.
On the top of it, incomplete bowel evacuation is causing discomfort which further worsens the issue.
So take food at the right time. Take 3-4 main meals per day with small snacks at 11 am and 5 pm.
For good bowel movement, take high fiber diet and drink lot of fluids.
Regards,
Dr.Ratnakar Kini
