my age is 41 yrs, ht 170 cm,wt 90 kg, till now nondiabetic, no high bp , eat very less i.e. light breakfast in morning and heavy meal in the evening. i m farmer by profession and on the move all day. i walk atleast 4 to 5 km daily (in my work). dont exercise seperately. i m following this lifestyle since last 15 years. i smoke . i drink once in a while. i sleep well. i had to go to latrine 2 to 3 times daily. i want to know that why i m overweight?
It is good to know that you are not a diabetic and not a hypertensive. I recomend you to have a healthy breakfast in the morning and your evening meal should not be heavy. split your meals into 5 times a day , but in moderation . make sure you eat your dinner atleast 3 hours before going to bed , so that it is digested completely and does not accumulate.
also you should do atleast 45 mins of brisk walking , for 5 days a week . eat lots of fresh vegetables and salads. if even eating a healthy diet does not help, then it could be hereditary or could be constitutional for which you will need a strict diet plan
