Heart Beat 68 Per Minute At The Age Of 21. Is It Normal?

Iam bit woried that my blood presure might not be normal, as i have been experience symptoms of low/high blood presure ie palpertaions etc. I counted 68 beats per min, is that normal? or is there anything to be worried about what else causes palpertations? iam 21years old female. Thanks for your answers.
