Heavy Bleeding, Blood Clots, Continuous Spotting. Taken Levofloxacin, M2 Tone Tablets And Primolut. Explain Reason
I am 48, my periods started on 10th July and have been heavy with a lot of clots, they went on for 2 weeks so I took M2 Tone tablets which did not help much, they continued but were light, then I took primolut which stopped them but continued spotting, I am now taking sylate but I am still spotting and sometimes I bleed when I go for a short call, I though may be I have an infection so my pharmacist prescribed levoflaxin for 5 days which I am taking together with sylate, I am on my 4th day I am still spotting and have started experiecing lower abdominal cramps from yesterday. Please help me.
hi thanks for your query you have Heavy bleeding, blood clots, continuous spotting. at your age it is very serious condition. causes of excessive bleeding -fibroid uterus -endometrial hyperplasia -endometrial carcinoma
these are the causes which should be ruled out. have some investigations for early diagnosis and treatment. -sonography of uterus for size, shape,and endometrial thichness. -blood coagulation profile -endometrial biopsy have all these tests and decide according to their result. if any query you can ask.
