Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Enlarged uterus and heterogeneous echo texture with small hypo echoic lesions indicates towards adenomyosis.
Excessive bleeding and stomach ache are the features of adenomyosis.
Adenomyosis is due to entrapment of glandular tissues within the myometrium.
Treatment of adenomyosis are both medical and surgical.
First medical methods should be tried and surgery should be last resort.
You should consult doctor with the reports.
Get well soon.

Take Care
