History Of Acid Reflux And Hiatial Hernia. Have An Ache In Right Side And Back. Right Medication?

I have history of acid reflux and hiatial hernia. I have begun recently (today) having a constant ache in my right side and back. Heat and lying very still on this side seems to be all that helps at this point. The pain is in the right side of back radiating from below waistline around to front below waist and upward to ribcage.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain that you have is likely to be a musculoskeletal pain. Taking rest, mild pain killers, hot fomentation and a local analgesic gel will help in bringing relief.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
