History Of Bowel Surgery. Cramps On Side, Leg Numbness, Lower Back Pain. What Is Wrong?

Im a 20 year old girl and have surgery on my bowels when I was younger, idk if that means anything but I'm having sharp cramps every other day just on my right side and it stays around all day. It ends up making my right leg feel numb & lower back hurt too. It feels better if I use the bathroom, (not urinating) can you tell me what's wrong? I've never experienced this

The symptoms that you are having could be due to the residual effect of the epidural anaesthesia that you would have been given during the surgery. A disc prolapse is also a likely cause.
