History Of Spinal Fusion On Lower Back. Taking Butrans, Pregabalin. Have Inner Thigh Pain. Cause?

Hi. Several years ago,i had a spinal fusio on my lower back.I am on 20mcg Butrans patches,600ml pd of Pregabalin,
Omereprazole 20ml, 50ml Amitriptyline per night,8x500ml paracetemol,4ml chlorephenamine per day & 2ml lacidipine for a heart problem(LVH). I was going to pick up my step-son today & whilst driving,experienced the most horrendous pain on my left inner thigh.(almost crashing).I had to pull over &,as i use a stick to walk anyway,drag myself to a front garden wall & stretch my leg backwards until the pain subsided.I have NEVER felt pain like this before.Have you any ideas as to possible cause please.

The pain would probably be secondary to a spinal nerve root compression,rarely a muscular spasm or cramp can also cause this.A MRI scan of the lumbosacral spine will help as would checking the electrolyte levels of sodium,magnesium and potassium.
