Hit My Head. There Was An Instant Gash. Had Headache And Nausea. Recommendations?
I hit my head pretty hard on Saturday (tuesday today) swimming in my pool. there was an instant gash/bruise at the location. felt fine the next day. on Monday i had a headache and naushea that was increased while working ( i read and stare at a computer all day) and got a little better when I went home last night and now back at work it back. should I be concerned or is it nothing to sweat over?

As you have Head injury . and you have felt nausea and headache
If the symptomes are subsiding than its ok , if even one time vomiting or some time convulsion after head injury is dangerous sign .
If any symptome like this immediatly you will have to go for CT Scan of head
So keep in mind about these symptomes
if you are feeling better than its ok
