I HV DEVELOPED ANAL FISSURE SINCE LAST 5 DAYS AS DUE TO CONSTIPATION .CONSTIPATION IS DUE TO LOTS OF ANTIBIOTICS ,PAIN KILLERS & HIGH DOSE OF VIT D3 .THOUGH ALL MEDICINE STOPPED BUT PAIN KILLERS CONTINUE.I HV STARTED TAUSING KEING DUPHLAC SY 6 SPOONS &USING ANOVATE CREAME .&TAKING LOTS OF FIBERS IN FOOD .THERE R SLIGHT IMPROVEMENT & BLEEDING STOPPED BUT PAIN CONTINUE.PL ADVICE.

As per the symptomatic severity, I recommend further trial of better analgesics, sitz bath for a period of next 4-5 days.

Later on if the pain score does not improve, decide for the surgery.
