Hello Sir,How are you?I’m Polly from India.I’m 45 years old.I want to ask about my bulky uterus with heterogeneous myometrial echogenecity.From April 19th 2017 to till November maximum time I have heavy bleeding with clot.And I have anemia also.This is my health problem.So can you tell me what I have to do .Pls suggestion me I need operation?Pls help me.Waiting for your reply.Thanks & regards. A olefin to your discription and your most probably it can be uterine fibroid, which can be treated with medication. My advice is to consult gynecologist for this situation.
