How Can Diarrhea And Appetite Loss Be Treated?

The last few days I have felt very weak. Today I have diarrhea. I have little to no appetite. I have been eating dry toast and hot tea. I have been sleeping most of the past 3 days except when I need to get out and take care of my cattle and goats. I usually have good energy. I feel frustrated that my body aches and feels totally lacking in energy. I was traveling and gone from home 10 days ago. I felt fine them, but was eating cafeteria food at a university.

* Primary guidelines at present

- Drink more liquids as you can.
- Get a prescription of antibiotic, probiotic with your doctor.
- Increase intake of fresh yogurt in diet with avoidance of oily, spicy, non veg stuffs.
