How Can Diarrhea With Stomach Upset Be Treated?

I started taking augmentin Wednesday afternoon, I started to have diarrhea Thursday morning and it has continued since. I have been taking food with the augmentin to keep down upset stomach issues. Is there anything I can do to lessen the diarrhea side effect?
