How Can Extreme Pain In Knees Be Dealt With?

Came off a Segway on Saturday. Fell sideways on my knee then onto my back. Initially there was a lump on the side of my knee but I applied a cold pack several times and this subsided within 24 hours. I could walk after the accident but it was very painful. During Sunday my calf began to swell up and remains so today (Monday) despite continuing to apply cold. Walking still painful, from the calf as much as, if not more than, the knee. There is no pain when resting the leg.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this may be the painful condition of knee joint and this is very painful condition indeed first thing you need to do is put the leg is resting position, and it should be in 45 degree position from the knee joint, and meanwhile the pain can be managed with the "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day" hope this information helps you have nice day.
