How Can Fatigue, Excessive Sleepiness And Breathing Difficulty Be Treated?

I often get tired when I m nervous and it makes me feel sleepy and sometimes unable to breathe. Breathlessness often occurs in the holidays or when the tension and discomfort of the psychological side, especially, become very nervous and always agitated. What do I do to get rid of it?

Hi,

You may be suffering from anxiety neurosis. You may use Clonazepam or Alprazolam tablets.

Do regular exercise and yoga. Eat green leafy vegetables, avoid alcohol and caffeinated drinks.

If symptoms not improved please consult your psychiatrist he will treat you cognitive behavioral therapy and occupational therapy etc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
